You know those patients who end up with multiple accounts in the EMR? The ones that complicate scheduling, rewards, and care plans? EMBODI now magically links these accounts together if they share the same name, date of birth, and phone number, presenting one cohesive profile while keeping your provider dashboard organized.

🗓 One View for Appointments: All linked appointments now appear together in one tidy, comprehensive list.
💰 Pooled Reward Points: Points from every account—even retroactively—combine into one glorious total.
🤸 Smarter Exercise Plans (HEP): Duplicate Home Exercise Programs are gone. We now show only the one furthest along, simplifying progress tracking for patients and providers.
📞 Simplified Scheduling: Patients with multiple accounts will be prompted to call to schedule new appointments to ensure proper account allocation. (Reschedules still work like normal!)
📲 App Update Required: Please remind your patients to update their mobile app to immediately access these new features.

🌟 Primary Account Designation: You have the ability to set a Primary EMR Account that all grouped accounts automatically connect to, establishing the core record.

💳 Simplified Billing: RTM (Remote Therapeutic Monitoring) billing now applies only to the Primary Account for cleaner, simpler reporting.
💬 Streamlined Messaging: Secure messages and patient requests (reschedules, symptom updates) all tie directly to the Primary Account, centralizing communication.
