If a patient is unable to access or view their Home Exercise Program (HEP) on the app, it may be due to the exercise progression settings. For doctors and CA’s, if you eliminate an entire level of an exercise progression, no exercises from that level will appear in the app for the patient.
To resolve this issue, follow these steps:
- Eliminate a Level:
If you wish to eliminate, for example, Level 1, and have patients start at Level 2, mark all exercises in Level 1 as inactive, except for the exercises just before the next level. - Mark Exercises Inactive:
Ensure that all exercises in the level you want to exclude are marked inactive, except for those that serve as a transition to the next level. - Patient Progression:
The logic is based on patient-reported exertion/difficulty. When the patient marks the exercises as easy, they will progress to the next level. This ensures a smooth transition and a tailored Home Exercise Program for each patient based on their reported difficulty level.
By following these steps, you can customize the exercise progression to meet the patient's needs and provide them with a personalized and effective Home Exercise Program on the app. If further assistance is needed, feel free to contact our support team.
