A new on-demand sync capability has been added to allow authorized users to request an immediate sync if there are missing DX codes.
Follow these steps to sync dx codes:
- Log into the Provider App.
- Navigate to the Patient Details page of the relevant patient.
- In the "Diagnosis" section, locate the new "Sync DX Codes" button.
- Click the "Sync DX Codes" button to initiate an immediate sync for that patient.
- Monitor the sync progress; the process typically takes approximately 2-4 minutes to complete.
