Trouble resetting the password for EMBODI through the patient app? Here are a couple of things you can check and try:
- Ensure EMBODI App Usage is Active and Account Status is Ready
- After 1-2 tries, if the password reset within the app continues to be unsuccessful or yields no password reset link, clinic staff can also send the patient a password reset link directly. They can do this through the Patient Detail page in our provider portal.
- Go to the Patients section.
- Find and click Patient Details.
- Look for the vertical ellipsis icon (three dots arranged vertically) and click on it.
- Select Send Password Reset Email.
