Here are structured steps to take:
For Providers:
1. Click on PATIENTS
2. Sort by “Provide Patient Orientation”. Click into the patient and check off the action.
3. Unclick “Provide Patient Orientation” and sort by “Approve HEP”.
1. Click into the patient, feel free to review HEP progressions (time is being counted here), and check off the action.
2. Remember, unless they are a highly motivated patient, only approve two HEPs at any time and always approve the most functional/significant diagnoses per region.
4. Unclick “Approve HEP”. Sort by “Feeling Worse” / “Increased symptoms” (check both for now, we will combine these moving forward in our next release) and take the necessary clinical action for those patients.
For Admin Team:
1. Click on PATIENTS
2. Sort by “Sent Message”. Click into the patient and triage nonclinical themselves and mark as unread any clinical messages.
1. Let the doctor know so they can address it.
2. Once responded to by either doctor or staff, check off the action.
3. Unclick “Sent Message" and sort by "Cancellation Request".
1. Click into the patient to view the appointment date and triage appropriately.
2. Once addressed, check off the action.
