Okay, so you're having trouble figuring out which patient account to use in EMBODI, right? They've got two, with different phone numbers, and those "ver_..." numbers are just confusing. Good thing we've figured out a way to crack this code.
Let's say you're looking at a patient, and they have "ver_12345678" and "ver_87654321" in EMBODI. You don't know which is the right one to use for, say, sending a broadcast message. Don't try changing the name in Genesis just yet – that's a slow workaround.
Instead, here's the trick:
- Go into Genesis and search for the patient like you normally would.
- Now, don't just look at the search results. Instead, click on one of the results to open up the patient's full details in a new window.
- See that web address, the URL, at the top of the window? That's where the gold is.
- In that URL, you'll find a patient ID. It might look something like "ver_12974899," but it'll be different from those EMBODI numbers. This is the real deal, the key to figuring out which "ver_..." account is the correct one.
- So, now you can use this ID from Genesis to match it up with the correct account in Embodi. You might need to do a little digging in EMBODI to find where it shows the details associated with each “ver_…” account, but this ID you found in Genesis will be the link. It's like having a secret decoder ring!
No more guessing games or waiting for name changes to update. This way, you can be sure you're sending that broadcast message to the right patient, every time. Got it? Give it a try and let us know if you have any questions!
