How do I add Dx codes to the Problem List, and what are the methods available?

For Problem list there are 2 ways to get the Dx code to the problem list.

1. If you're using Supernote documentation, please refer to the instructional video below:
2. You can also use the old documentation. However, please note that it will only update if diagnosis codes are input into Supernote. If not, you will need to manually add Dx codes to the Problem List.  To do this, navigate to Schedule > More > Chart, find the Problem List widget, and click "+ Add."
