If you’ve requested a password reset, you will receive an automated email from support@email.embodihealth.com. To ensure your account remains secure and you can get back to your wellness journey quickly, please review the following common questions.
1. Why did I receive an email from this address?
This is our official automated outbound email address sending the email with the password reset link. When app users click "Forgot Password" on the EMBODI login page or an office clicks the "Send Password Reset Email" on the EMBODI provider portal, our system generates a unique, time-sensitive link and sends it to you via support@email.embodihealth.com.
2. Is this email safe to open?
Yes. As long as you recently requested a password reset, this email is legitimate.
Verification: Ensure the domain ends exactly in
@email.embodihealth.com.Safety Tip: EMBODI will never ask you to reply to an email with your current password or social security number.
3. I requested a reset but haven't received the email. What should I do?
If the email hasn't arrived within 5 minutes, try these steps:
Check your Spam/Junk folder: Occasionally, aggressive filters misidentify automated emails.
Whitelist the address: Add
support@email.embodihealth.comto your contact list or "Safe Senders" list to ensure delivery.Check for Typos: Ensure the email address you entered on the reset page matches the one used for your account.

4. What if I received this email but didn't request a reset?
If you received a password reset email unexpectedly, it is possible someone else entered your email address by mistake.
Action: You do not need to take any action. Your password will not change unless the link in the email is clicked.
5. The link in the email isn't working. Why?
For your protection, our reset links have expiration "studs" or limits:
Time Limit: The password reset link we send expires after 1 hour.
Single Use: A link can only be used once. If you click it and then close the window, you will need to request a new one.
