As we hear more about the focus on EMBODI’s significance and patients completing their Home Exercise Programs (HEP), we believe having some positive scripting might be beneficial. For instance, when we notice low adherence in the provider portal and need to reach out via secure in-app messaging or during a clinic visit, it’s important that our communication is supportive, non-judgmental, and encouraging.
Here's an example:
“Hi, John. I see that you haven’t been able to do your HEP the last few days. I know how difficult it can be to balance taking care of life and taking care of yourself at the same time! We know that patients who are able to fit in their exercises, can improve faster by up to 100%! Is there anything we can do to support and help you in your home exercise journey? We are here for you!
