1. Visit the EMBODI Provider portal login page https://www.kaizenovate.net/#/login.
2 . Locate and click Reset your password >
3. Enter your email address associated with the EMBODI Provider Portal then click RESET PASSWORD.
4. You will be prompted with this message.
5. Check Your Email. You should receive an email from EMBODI Support (support@kaizenovate.net). This email typically includes a link that you need to click on to proceed with resetting your password.
6. Click the password reset link to Reset Your EMBODI Password
7. Enter your new new password, confirm it the click RESET PASSWORD. Please take note of the password reset guidelines.
8. Once you have successfully reset the password, you will prompted with this message.
9. Kindly go back to https://www.kaizenovate.net/#/login then login with your email address and the new password you have created.
If you encounter any issues during this process, such as not receiving the password reset email, check your spam or junk folder in your email account. If you still have trouble, contact EMBODI support by submitting a ticket for further assistance.
